1. Introduction
Welcome to Tripivon! By booking a tour with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Booking & Payments
- A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking.
- Full payment must be made at least 14 days before the tour start date.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or credit/debit card.
- Cancellations made 14 days before the tour start date are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the tour.
3. Tour Packages & Itinerary
- All itineraries are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or government regulations.
- Tripivon reserves the right to substitute accommodations and activities with alternatives of similar value if necessary.
4. Liability & Insurance
- Tripivon is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
- Travelers are advised to obtain travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost items.
5. Conduct & Responsibilities
- Travelers must adhere to local laws and respect cultural norms.
- Tripivon reserves the right to remove any participant from a tour due to misconduct without a refund.
6. Force Majeure
Tripivon is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.
Third-Party Onboarding Focus
1. Eligibility and Application
To become a Tripivon Partner, you must:
- Be a legally registered business entity or individual with the authority to offer travel-related services.
- Provide accurate and complete information during the application process.
- Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Partner Obligations
As a Tripivon Partner, you agree to:
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate listings, including availability and pricing.
- Ensure that your services meet the quality standards expected by Tripivon and its users.
- Handle bookings and customer interactions professionally and promptly.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including those related to consumer protection, health and safety, and data privacy.
3. Commission and Payments
Tripivon will deduct a commission from each booking made through our platform. The commission rate and payment terms will be specified in your Partner Agreement. Payments will be processed in accordance with the agreed schedule and method.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
By providing content (e.g., text, images, videos) for your listings, you grant Tripivon a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display this content on our platform and for marketing purposes. You confirm that you have the rights to use and share this content.
5. Termination
Tripivon reserves the right to suspend or terminate your partnership if you:
- Breach these Terms & Conditions or any applicable laws.
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Fail to meet the quality standards required by Tripivon.
- Engage in conduct that harms Tripivon's reputation or the user experience.
You may terminate the partnership by providing written notice to Tripivon, subject to the terms outlined in your Partner Agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Tripivon acts as an intermediary between Partners and users. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the services provided by Partners, except where required by law
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Country/Region]. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through [mediation/arbitration/court], as specified in the Partner Agreement.
